Event Warehousing: We’ll discuss if your items are better suited for our swag warehouse (items up to 50 lbs in weight) or event warehouse (theoretically items up to the size of a car), depending on their size and weight. Our facilities can handle everything from pull-up banners and tablecloths to larger items like pop-up tents, games, lighting, and large TVs.
  2. Shipping Details: We’ll need basic shipping information, including delivery windows and any special instructions. If your order is large enough to require a pallet, we’ll handle the logistics to the event, though clients are responsible for return shipping.
  3. International Shipping: If your event is overseas, we can ship to over 200 countries. We recommend allowing a month’s notice for larger international shipments, and we’ll guide you through customs requirements to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Storing Internationally: With facilities in the UK and EU, we offer closer shipping options for events in those regions, reducing delivery times and eliminating duties and tax fees. There are regional prerequisites which each customer must meet before utilizing international warehousing, but our team is ready and able to walk you through it.
